Returns & Exchanges

At Remus Uomo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging with tags still attached, and include the completed dispatch note inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid or generated return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
